Specialty shapes are where projects get expensive if they are guessed. We confirm the geometry, the fabric behavior, and whether the opening is a Lutron shape, a Native by Design brokered product, or a partner such as Hartmann & Forbes or Insolroll.
If it cannot be drawn, it should not be ordered. We would rather slow the sale than ship a shade that cannot tension.
