Anna Davis Group was founded in 2011. The work is still the same idea: educate the process, then execute it so the client’s company looks like it has always offered window treatments.
Owner & CEO
Matt founded Anna Davis Group in 2011. He entered window treatments in 2000 and has worked with Lutron Shading Solutions throughout his career — system design, installation, and project planning. As a trainer and installer he is the person who says what a system can and cannot do before the sale hardens. Off the job: family, building things, motorcycles on and off road, and the water.
Client Experience Manager
Stan came to ADG from territory sales at Hunter Douglas and from running his own San Diego fabric-care business. He carries a project from the first conversation to the final install, fluent in the Lutron motorized line and unwilling to treat a client like a ticket. Thorough, quick to answer, and in it for the long relationship.
Corporate Finance Manager
Annalise grew up around the company and joined officially in 2022. She runs the financial and office side beside her father: invoicing, records, scheduling, and the daily structure that lets a shading project stay orderly as the book of work grows.
