Support Services
➢ Site visits (within SoCal) included in DMO for pocket sizes and wire drop.
➢ Participation in critical coordination with your team and your project’s team.
➢ Measuring the project included in DMO (required for any non-Lutron product).
➢ Order entry included in DMO (sign-off required for wholesale only orders).
➢ Option for product to be delivered to ADG, prepped, and delivered at install.
➢ Option for an Installation Coach to assist your team’s installation.
➢ Full installation service if selected for turn-key worry free installation.
➢ Fully functioning shade package with limits set is presented for integration.
