Matt Geans is the Owner and CEO of Anna Davis Group, founded in 2011. He entered the window treatment industry in 2000 and has worked with Lutron Shading Solutions throughout his career, developing extensive expertise in system design, installation, and project planning.
As a trainer, installer, and trusted industry partner, Matt is known for solving complex challenges and helping project teams understand system capabilities, limitations, and installation requirements from the beginning. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, building projects, motorcycling on and off road, and being on the water.

Stan Kaplun, Client Experience Manager brings deep window treatment expertise to Anna Davis Group, backed by a career spanning territory sales at Hunter Douglas and running his own San Diego fabric care business. At ADG, he oversees program delivery from first conversation to final install, pairing fluency across the full Lutron motorized shading line with a genuinely client-first approach. Thorough, responsive, and relentlessly detail-focused, Stan treats every client relationship as a long-term partnership, and it shows in the care he brings to each project.
