Meet Our Team

Matt Geans

Owner/CEO

Matt Geans is Owner/CEO of the Anna Davis Group est. 2011. Entering the window treatment industry in 2000, the first company he was employed by became one of the first Lutron Shading Solutions dealers. As a result, Matt has provided Lutron Shading Solutions throughout his whole career and has extensive experience and knowledge of applying Lutron Shading Solutions to projects.
Matt’s favorite part of this industry is being involved with the project from its inception; informing a construction team of capabilities and limitations to provide a well-detailed and planned window treatment package. This industry is 20% about window treatments and 80% about informing and problem-solving to meet the customer’s expectations.

As an entrepreneur, Matt first enjoys time with his family, especially 1:1 time with his wife Kirsten. Matt also enjoys creating with his hands whether it be a bookshelf or intricate home projects. Matt has had a lifelong enjoyment of motorcycling both on and off-road and anything that has to do with water!

Katie DoCarmo

Customer Service

Meet Katie, with over 26 years in customer service and a background in medical and nursing, she has been part of the Anna Davis Group (ADG) family for approximately 11 years through her husband, one of the first window treatment installers. Whether it’s a smaller residential project or a large-scale operation, she is enthusiastic about working with our clients daily. As a member of this small, veteran-owned company, she takes pride in contributing to a team dedicated to delivering a professional level of quality and service.

Alex Lopez

Field Operations
Alexis Lopez oversees Field Operations in the company. Alex has been in the industry since 2019 and in that short time has absorbed a ton of knowledge about the industry. He has combined his project exposure and observation skills to become very good at finding solutions to complex conditions. Alex takes great pride in his work and is focused on bringing the best quality to our projects. One of Alex’s favorite parts of window treatments is when a project is well-planned and executed with intention. He recognizes the value that planning and preparation have with regards to how that flows with a project’s construction team and smoothly integrating our trade with the finish of the home. Alex is an avid soccer player and enthusiast. He recently has taken up off-road motorcycling and enjoys trips out to Glamis with his family to enjoy the sport and the outdoors.

Annalise Geans

Support

Annalise Geans is a part-time support role in the company. She is getting her first exposure to the window treatment industry in 2024 and particularly finds the internal aspects of the business the most interesting while helping in the field from time to time in a support role to keep our installation talent focused on what they do best.

Anna is very interested in learning about project flow and how preparation is key to top performance. She is graduating from High School in 2024 and will be working for the company full-time through the summer before starting college locally in the fall. Anna enjoys art, can draft a poem as fast as she can write, and has recently found a great interest in motorcycling – which has reintroduced her dad back into the sport and something they enjoy together.
